Depression

Depression and positive thought.

You can change everything in your life by changing the way you think, even depression. If you have a positive outlook on life you will find it hard to be depressed.Try to think about all the good things that you still have in your life even if you think their is no hope. There is aways hope and always a lesson to be learnt.

Your life is a mirror that reflects back to your most dominant thoughts.
Depressed thoughts or happy thoughts the choice is yours.

Your brain is a super computer, program garbage in and garbage will come out.
The words you use and the thoughts you think attract things into your life as thoughts are things and upon these thoughts and words your deeper mind will respond.
You will get into a vicious cycle and more depressing things will happen to you.

You’re depressing thoughts and feeling that you hold in mind project an image of your future. As your life is a mirror that reflects back to your most dominant thoughts.

By holding positive thoughts and using positive words, you will always be creating a wonderful future for your self.

Free yourself from the bonds of negative programming and program yourself with new positive thoughts, images and feelings. This will change your life for the better.

Neutralize the depression by replacing it with a positive thought as soon as you become aware of the depressing thought or feeling.

If you find this hard to do and you cannot break the depression you might as well enjoy it anyway.

The Positive Word Dictionary

Look at negative thinking in a positive way

It is just as important to consider negative thoughts as it is to consider positive thoughts

Ignoring negative thoughts may mean you are not being realistic about what you are attempting to achieve.

Having a balanced view means being positive but taking into account the negative side of challenges as well. Then you can approach a challenge well prepared; for example, by anticipating all the pitfalls.

Negative thinking ensures you have considered everything that may go wrong and Positive Thinking will motivate you to overcome any challenge that you have.
