‘We are positive energy beings made up of organs, tissue, cells, molecules and atoms. Atoms are made up of energy.

Everything is energy and everything is connected to the great goodness.

‘Even a smile gives out positive energy and it affects everyone around you. It gives out a positive vibration and you will most likely get a smile in return.
This is the law of positive vibration and it is working all the time, it never sleeps.'
